    • Products that are sold as part of a special "pre-order" or "custom order" arrangement are non-refundable and non-returnable under all circumstances.
  3. Eligibility for Defective/Damaged Items:

    • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
    • Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation) is required.
    • We reserve the right to inspect the item and determine eligibility for replacement or store credit.
  4. Exclusions:

    • We cannot accept claims for damage caused by improper use, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.
    • Sale items, promotional items, and pyrotechnics are strictly non-refundable.
  5. Shipping Costs:

    • Shipping charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
    • In cases where an exchange or replacement is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
